How does the free trial work?
Your first 3 months are completely free, with no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can subscribe to continue using the platform.
How are properties counted?
Each property address counts as one property. For HMOs, the whole building counts as one property regardless of the number of rooms.
Who pays — the landlord or the agent?
If an agent is assigned to a property, the agent pays the agent rate for that property. The landlord pays nothing for agent-managed properties. Landlords pay for self-managed properties only.
What happens when I cross a pricing band?
Pricing bands are automatic. When your property count crosses a threshold, the new rate applies across all your properties for that billing month — so adding more properties always reduces your per-property cost.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing gives you 2 months free — roughly a 17% saving across all tiers.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
